Earl Mountbatten Hospice Christmas E-cards
Send email Christmas Cards to your customers this year and make a donation to the Island’s Hospice at the same time.
- Send up to 500 Animated e-cards, with your message and logo for a minimum donation of £250
- Send up to 500 Interactive e-cards again with your message and logo, for a minimum donation of £350
- 500 e-cards not enough? Send 500 more for £100
- You can customize the Christmas cards or create a completely new card, just ask Matrix E-Business for details
- Matrix E-Business will organise the whole mailing for you.

It’s easy to organise:
Just send an email to info@emhfunding.com with the following information:
- The name of the design you want to send.
- Your small message to go inside the card.
- Attach an electronic version of your logo if you want that included.
- Attach the file of email addresses you want to receive the e-card (Excel format or using the Export to a File option in email programs such as Outlook where you need to choose comma delimited, don't forget we will need first names and email addresses to personalise your emails).
- State the amount you wish to donate to the Hospice.
- Name, address and phone number of the person authorising the e-cards.
How to pay:
- You will receive a confirmation email from Earl Mountbatten Fundraising team that your order has been received.
- Send a cheque direct to Fundraising E-cards, Earl Mountbatten Hospice, Halberry Lane, Newport, PO30 2ER made out to 'EMH' and they will send you a receipt. (If you require an invoice first, please confirm this in your initial email).
- Payment must be received before the E-cards will be despatched.
- The e-cards will all be despatched between 4th to 18th December, unless you stipulate a different timing.
- Last date for ordering 18th December.
You will see a Christmas Card 'proof e-mail' before all the cards are sent out.
