How We Work - The Process
We employ structured project plans to ensure the optimal success of every project and client experience. Each project has a dedicated Project Manager, Designer and Developer (where appropriate). In most instances, your Project Manager will be the person who produced your original proposal so you have the same customer care contact throughout the life cycle of your project.
At relevant intervals in the process, we ask you to sign off key components. For example, when we produce home page concepts, these will be refined and developed based on your feedback until such time as you are happy with the navigation, look and feel. We will then ask you to sign a Home Page Approval form, to confirm your satisfaction with the overall concept. The rest of the site is then developed with that same look and feel. Implementing this Key Stage Sign Off means that we get the core modelling of the site right before it is applied to a volume of pages.
