Matrix have provided us with a first class level of service in all aspects of creating and managing our website. The site design itself is amazing and unique and captures the spirit of the festival perfectly. it's far better than we ever imagined could be achieved. On a day to day basis Matrix are always at the end of the phone or email to help and assist with problems and queries or to rapidly update the site as needed. We enjoy a great working relationship and really feel that we have created something very special for the festival. We have worked with other e companies but have never been so impressed with the level of service.
